Raechel, not Rachel

You may have noticed a Dispatcher position we had posted not too long ago. Well, Raechel K. is on board now, and you'll soon be talking to her when you call. She's not the same Rachel who helped out with your projects in the past, but we hope you'll come to love her just as much.

Keep an eye out for our press announcement to learn more about her and other additions to the team. We're increasing our efficiency to improve our service to you.

💡 Tech Tip: How to Save Ink, Paper, and Money when Printing

Yes, I know we live in a digital world, but there are still times when you need a paper copy. If it's not for Marketing or Sales purposes though, you may not need what's printed to look especially pretty. Just legible.

1. Save ink when printing from pdfs by clicking in the 2 boxes at the top of the Print dialog box: "Print in grayscale (black and white)" and "Save ink/toner."

2. Save paper and ink when printing online webpages in Google Chrome by choosing the following options: Color - black and white, and under More Settings: Quality - 600 dpi (rather than 1200), Scale - Custom (to make smaller and use fewer pages), Two-sided - click this box to print on both sides of the page, and Options - de-select the Background graphics box to save ink that would be used on banner images.
Choose similar options when printing from Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
